Welfare Officer

Hello Everyone!

My names Matt Bond and i’m the Welfare Officer for the academic year 09/10. I’m a 2nd year Education & Disability Studies Student and I have Aspergers Syndrome.

My role within the Union structure is to work with other officers, including the Equal Opportunities Officer and members of staff to campaign around welfare issues such as sexual health, housing, accessibility and safe drinking to name but a few. Another responsibility of mine is to assist the Liberation Groups in carrying out their camapaigns and functions.
