PROJECT LEADER VACANCIES!

Have you got what it takes to be an inspiring and encouraging leader? Want to step things up with an exciting challenge for 2012/13? Why not consider becoming a Project Leader?

All the team projects require a Project Leader.

A Project Leader is a student volunteer who oversees a team project from start to finish and inspires and motivates the team to organise, plan, fundraise for and deliver the project. This is a slightly larger volunteer role than others, but you have the support of a member of staff to help you along the way. We also provide full, in-depth training, and you have the opportunity to attend Project Leader Forums once a month – a student led support meeting held by our Volunteering Standing Committee.

If you’re interested in becoming a Project Leader, please speak to a member of staff in the first instance, by calling 0114 225 5005 or e-mailing volunteering@shu.ac.uk.
