The Student Wellness Project is a new and exciting version of the award winning* staff SHU Wellness service, and it’s designed specifically for Sheffield Hallam University students’. The service consists of a 1-2-1 health and lifestyle consultation based around your own needs with the aim of helping you to make small changes to your day that will have a big impact on your health and wellbeing.
FREE access to:
• healthy lifestyle advice
• individualised one-to-one consultations
• on-going peer mentoring
• sign posting to other services
• progress assessment
• twelve week follow up appointment
UPDATE: We are now booking baseline appointments between week commencing 4th November and week commencing 9th December

Student Wellness Project 2013 key findings:
The main reason for taking part in the Student Wellness Project was to enhance employment opportunities reported by 75% of interns. Ninety-two per cent believed the internship helped them to present themselves with confidence and 83% believe their communication skills improved.
