Hallam Women’s Lacrosse is a club at the university that has been constantly growing over the years and is proving to be a great success. We emphasise teamwork and commitment but at the same time have great fun to make your 1st year and later years the best they can possibly be! We welcome all levels of experience and do not hold team trials.
We compete in the Northern Conference and play other universities such as Manchester Metropolitan, Leeds Met, Leeds University, Durham and Sheffield University.
We aim to have weekly socials, usually on Wednesday evenings. This is a great opportunity to get to know your team mates, and spend time with them away from the pitch!
If you want to get involved contact us on the email below!

This is available to purchase from the reception desk at either of the two Sport Hallam sports facilities. Once paid, please remember to register via the Sports Union Home Page to make your payment valid!
We have First Year’s training from September on every Tuesday 5-6pm
Team training is every Sunday 6-8pm
These times are open to change – contact the committee on the details above for more information.
Our coach this year is a past Hallam player and has been very committed to the team for a number of years so we are extremely excited to be getting her to coach us throughout the year to help us improve our league position.
Click Here to enter the BUCS website for more information about our BUCS fixtures.
We also take part in an Intra-Mural Netball league competition, which runs throughout the year. Giving us the opportunity to participate in two sports for whoever is interested. Last year was a great way to bond and develop skills as a team.
