Men's Football

Hallam Football is one of the most popular sports clubs within the University. The club itself have all four teams competing in highly competitive leagues with the 1st Team competing in League 1A. The high standard, mixed in with the Wednesday night social scene after games makes SHUFC one of the most favourable clubs to be a part of. Also this year the club has managed to forge links with football clubs around the area from semi-professional down to amateur. The link with Sheffield FC, the world’s oldest football club, will put you in the shop window for possible opportunities to play at higher levels. Hallam Mens Football has 4 competitive teams in the BUCS set up including a total of 60+ players. Great way to meet new friends and enjoy your sporting and social life at University.

Getting Started

Sign up for trials during Sports Fair – £5 per trial. All players will be expected to purchase their own tracksuit and training kit at a discounted price that will last for 3 years.

Cost

Every member of the club must purchase a Team Hallam membership for £85, which is for a full year. This is available to purchase from the reception desk at either of the two Sport Hallam sports facilities. Once paid, please remember to register via the Sports Union Home Page to make your payment valid!
