Get involved and get active with our just-for-fun social sport programme.
Social Sport offers you the chance to get involved in a huge range of fun recreational opportunities. Talent or ability is definitely not required. If you want to get active and have fun we have something for you. http://www.shu.ac.uk/sport/active/sport/
If you are in the HUBS and want to speak to someone about the social sporting options just pop in and say hello to one of the sports staff in the Acitivities Pod.
Sheffield Hallam Active offers a comprehensive programme of intra mural sport throughout the year. The leagues are competitive but friendly, and anyone can join in the fun – you don’t need previous experience.

Active Hallam health and fitness facilities are conveniently located at both the University’s City and Collegiate Crescent campuses.
Our fitness suites at both campuses are accredited by the Inclusive Fitness Initiative as fully accessible to all users and offer an extensive range of top quality fitness equipment, free weights and full audio/satellite TV systems.
We offer a wide range of group fitness classes to suit all tastes, from Spinning and Box fit to Hula and Salsacise. Classes run throughout the year at both campuses and are designed to be fun whilst helping you improve various aspects of your health, fitness and wellbeing.
