Learn how to plan a project from an initial idea right through to a detailed, timed plan. To get the most out of this session, bring along an idea for a project you want to run.

Suitable for

Ideal for anyone who has a project coming up and wants to make sure they keep organised and make it a success! Priority given for the volunteer project leaders and committee members.
