Hallam Union.

Why Vote?

Elections are coming!!

The 2010 Hallam Union Elections are upon us. This represents a chance for you to have a say in how your Union is run. You will be electing your representatives for next academic year, the positions are as follows:

• President
• Democracy and Communication Officer
• Welfare and Community Officer
• Education Officer
• Activities Officer
• Sports Officer

The above roles are full time “jobs” for next academic year; the students running for these positions are either final year students or students looking to take a year out of their studies. Your vote is very important as these people oversee and are responsible for the goings on at The HUBs and are elected to represent you and your views.

• Media Rep
• Societies Rep
• Volunteering Rep
• International Students Rep
• Disabled Students Rep
• LGBT Rep
• BME Students Rep
• Women’s Rep
• Academic Rep

The above positions are part time voluntary positions that students carry out alongside their studies.
