Diversity training will increase participants’ cultural awareness, knowledge, and skills. It will also strengthen inclusion of different identity groups, and promote better teamwork. This training fosters improvement to individual performance & is conducive to being inclusive.

As the Welfare and Community Officer at Hallam Union I am here to ensure the Union is an open and free place for all students to feel comfortable expressing their views and beliefs. This training will help you challenge stereotypes, understand the varying diverse groups we have at Sheffield Hallam University, it will also help you change behaviour based on perception.
