The Community Rep scheme operates in 6 areas across Sheffield, where a high number of Hallam students live, these areas are; Hunters Bar, Broomhall, Sharrow Vale, Sharrow, Highfield and the City Centre.

Community Reps are student volunteers who’s role it is to represent students voices within their area, attend local community meetings and liaise with both students and longer term residents about issues affecting them with a view to these issues forming the base of an event or campaign to help build a sense of community spirit.
