Fancy winning £500? Enter the draw by completing the NUS Pound in Your Pocket survey!
This is your chance to have a say on what you think about the financial support system for students and to shape the NUS proposal for an alternative set of support systems.
NUS anticipate that it will take 20 minutes to complete this questionnaire. You will be asked questions about who you are, what your major living expenses are and how you fund them, and what you think about the English student support system.
You need to complete it before 9am on Monday 13 February, 2012. Click here to go to the survey.

Make sure you know everything you need to know before signing for a house!
Every year the Union’s Advice Centre deals with a huge number of cases where students have rushed into signing for properties without properly thinking it all through or making the appropriate checks. They then live to regret it because the property is unaffordable, they’ve fallen out with their housemates or the property is unsuitable. Once you’ve signed a housing contract, it is virtually impossible to get out of it before the end of the tennancy!
