Unfortunately the student union can give no further information on clearing; our advice is to keep trying the hotline.
It’s my real pleasure to be able to write to you as the new President of the National Union of Students. NUS is here as a national organisation to defend your rights, and campaign to improve the lives of students – working with your local Students’ Union.
The year ahead brings with it lots of opportunities and challenges with everything from funding, tuition fees, feedback, accommodation, course costs, liberation, global justice, volunteering, employability… all on the agenda.
I’m also committed to improving NUS’ communication with you directly, and hope you’ll join our Facebook Fan page and follow us on Twitter:
Every student has the opportunity to set the priority in your Students’ Union and also for NUS. SUs offer so much, and I really hope you can take the opportunity to get involved.
It’s the start of a new dawn today as this year’s student officers officially start work. They’ll have a busy summer ahead of them learning the ropes of their respective new roles and working hard on fulfilling their election promises. Over the next few weeks and the rest of the year you’ll be hearing a lot more from them so you can keep checking what they’ve been up to. Just as a reminder, here’s the full list of the new starters!
