Opening Times - City: Mon, Tues, Weds and Fri from 10am-5pm and Thurs 12pm-5pm throughout the year and we have a drop in between 1pm and 3pm Mon-Fri. Collegiate - Heart of Campus: Fri mornings.

How can the Advice Centre help me? We hope that the website can help answer your questions; see our info pages on the most common issues we get asked about, on these pages there are downloadable leaflets plus links to other useful websites. If you need further help, please contact us or see above for our opening and drop in times.

The Advice Centre is here to help you with any queries or problems you may encounter while you are at University. We deal with everything from “where can I get a SHU card from?” right through to representing students at County Court… and if we cannot help you - we will know someone who can!
