If after you have received your marks you wish to appeal the decision of the awards panel, then you must do so promptly. Students have 10 Working days from the date they found out to make an appeal or it may not be considered .
You must have grounds to appeal the decision, disagreeing with the mark is not a satisfactory ground that can be appealed on!

To help avoid delays when applying for you student finance this year, prospective and current students alike are advised to apply as soon as possible.
Current students should either contact their Local Education Authority or Student Finance England, depending on who dealt with your application last year.

From Advice Centre
From the 8th February until the 22nd March, there will be Money Doctors’ Information Stalls in the Owen Building, every Monday. On the stalls will be information leaflets, factsheets and booklets concerning student housing, budgeting and debt issues.
Students will be able to take the information away, talk and chat to the ‘Money Doctor’ staffing the stall and be directed to the Advice Centre (located in the HUBS building) for more in-depth, specialist student finance advice.
Remember, from 2pm until 4pm, 8th February – 22nd March, Monday is Moneyday!
