RAG (Raise and Give)

The RAG Standing Committee (RSC) was set up in April 2012 to organise the RAG activities throughout the year.

What is the RAG Standing Committee?

The RAG Standing Committee is made up of Hallam students who want to organise fundraising events and activities, to raise lots of money for deserving charities.  Their main aims are:

To promote the work of RAG including volunteer opportunities, the positive nature of fundraising and the charities that Hallam Union support

To support each other in RAG endeavours, including but not limited to, attendance at all RAG events and meetings

To encourage as many Hallam students  to get as involved as possible

Why should I volunteer to be part of it?

Being part of the RAG Committee is a great way to improve your employability, meet loads of people and have an amazing time while doing your bit for charity.

Every position is supported by Student Activities staff and the rest of the RAG committee so you can be sure you won’t be alone in your position.
